Bambu Lab has officially started a partnership with Bambū Desserts & Drinks, a beloved North American beverage and dessert chain.
Launching on September 19, this intriguing partnership marks a major "first" for both brands in their respective growth journeys, blending cutting-edge technology with everyday consumer lifestyle experience.
Built upon the same name both brands share, the collaboration represents a true meeting of minds driven by creativity.
Bambū Desserts & Drinks was founded in 2008 by four Vietnamese sisters in San Jose, California. It has quickly evolved from a small shop specializing in fresh, wholesome, and 100% vegetarian traditional Chè desserts into a prominent North American culinary benchmark.
Today, Bambū operates in 24 states with over 60 locations, drawing peak daily foot traffic of nearly 10,000 visitors per store!
On the other side of the tech spectrum, Bambu Lab - with operations stretching from Shenzhen and Shanghai to Austin, Texas, has been stripping away the intimidating label of high-end manufacturing, using innovative desktop 3D printers. Bambu Lab empowers everyday people to bring their imagination into the physical world.
To bring this vision to life, the campaign transforms local beverage stops into interactive "creation stations."
During the activation, Bambu Lab’s 3D printers will be stationed directly inside Bambū storefronts, allowing customers to watch in real time as the machines precisely extrude layers to produce 1:1 replica drink models.
The initial launch will roll out across select Bambū Desserts & Drinks locations, including:

Two more locations will be included soon:

Alongside the live printing, Bambū Desserts & Drinks will roll out an exclusive seasonal menu featuring signature taro milk tea paired with chewy pandan mochi waffles.

Customers are invited to join the fun by scanning an in-store QR code, following a template to film short videos of the live printing process alongside their favorite beverages, and sharing them on social media with the hashtag #BambuMeetsBambu and a store location tag.
Participants will receive limited-edition 3D-printed gifts (capped at 100 items per store daily) and enter for a chance to win the grand prize: a flagship Bambu Lab A1 mini combo printer.
